My Adventures with
Personal Stories of Working with Subtle Energies
The spiritual gift of the first chakra is known as personality sensing. This gift is the ability to not only sense and feel the subtle energy of a person or place, but to go even deeper. This gift comes into its full fruition when the hidden curtain or filters are removed and you are allowed "in" to see events or actions that are telling (or defining) of this person or place. Let me give you an example. In this video clip we see the President of the USA with the Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, and Mr. Trump ignoring requests from the media for the two leaders to shake hands. At one point, Merkel turns to Trump and says, "they want to have a handshake," but gets no response from Trump.
When I saw this clip, an IMMEDIATE image with much more detail came into my mind, giving me the history of what was really going on. Having this history in a mental flash, with its supporting data, allowed me to have a deeper sense of Mr. Trump's personality and agenda.
Putin, the President of Russia, and Trump, the candidate for President, had negotiated a deal prior to the election that was - "I will help you become the President and in return you will help me become the leader of NATO".
Now that Trump was made President of the USA through Russia's help, he now needs to keep his end of the deal. Trump began by putting in a man Putin chose to be over the USA State department, then reduced the State Department budget, and now is focused on diminishing the respect and power of Angela Merkel. All of this is part of the strategy for Putin to take control of NATO. In this clip, Trump is letting Putin know he is still in play with this deal.
This is how the spiritual gift of personality sensing works – you get an immediate expansion of information that comes in a flash in your mind and you see something hidden now in its full display. By having the filters removed, you now KNOW more about this person's real personality, hence the name "personality sensing".
The skill of personality sensing often begins first with tuning into your IMPRESSIONS and FEELINGS and paying attention to when you meet or interact with different people. As this skill improves, you will start to experience images - almost as if you are in a waking dream. Later, thoughts will arrive that are telepathic messages of communication and information to provide much more detail about what is really going on with this person.
Personality sensing is a spiritual gift is associated with the 1st chakra energy. One can cultivate this gift by using the tools associated with the 1st chakra. While one is using the tools to nourish and fortify 1st chakra energy, one can then focus and practice to develop this spiritual gift by
I don't know how others have developed their telepathic abilities, but for me, I first started the training process by initially using a combination of going to an earth energy site, preparing myself to get into a receive mode with meditation, and then using automatic writing.
I started the process with a road trip, traveling to an earth energy location because there is a greater concentration of life force energy. Being at an earth energy site makes it a bit easier to connect with the astral plane because life force energy is more concentrated and plentiful, making it easier to to engage in subtle energy experiences, such as receiving and sending telepathic messages..
At the earth energy site, I would find a place of solitude and get into a "receiving mode" so my mind could be receptive to subtle communication and subtle messages. I did this through relaxation, breathing, and then visualizing my chakras being energized, and then my mind being able to receive messages. I would then tell myself, "OK, I am ready to receive messages. now"
I then pulled out my pen and paper (or a laptop) and started to write (or type). Whatever came into my mind I wrote down (or typed). After a few minutes of this free flow of thoughts ,I was better able to distinguish which thoughts were mine and which were from my Spiritual Guide, for example.
When I felt like I was receiving information from my Spiritual Guide, or an outside source, I placed a line down the middle of the page and then recorded my questions on the left side of the page, and then the messages I felt I was receiving on the right side of the page. Later, I was able to more easily follow along and see which thoughts were mine and which were from another source. It also helped me more easily validate the outside source because we seemed to have a different way of speaking.
Eventually I was able to not need to be in an earth energy location for this type of telepathic, subtle communication. I could do it in my home, for example.
Later I was also able to free myself from requiring a pen and paper (or laptop) and just accept the free inward flow of this subtle communication. This allowed me to be receptive to these subtle messages almost anywhere and anytime. This ability improves with practice and trusting your ability to sense.
Sometimes I will ponder a question for awhile and then may receive the answer in a dream. I had been pondering the concept of nonphysical, subtle, spiritual energy and how it can leave an imprint on something or even change us. If thoughts have energy, how does this work?
I then had a rather bothersome dream, but it did show me visuals of the how energy can and does change people, animals, and things. Here is that dream, along with its interpretation and insight.
The dream began in a slaughterhouse. There was a short male worker who seemed a bit “off”…perhaps slow or retarded at times and other times becoming extroverted and flamboyant. The foreman and others were accepting of this man’s changed behaviors and expressions. The foreman was slaughtering a calf, and the calf was still alive, but the fur was removed so that the muscles were exposed. I looked at the calf that was just standing there, compliant, but obviously distressed, and the foreman had become oblivious to the calf's feelings and pain.
A supervisor came into the area where the slaughter was being done and said he was going to use a chemical on the animal to protect or preserve the meat in some way. This chemical was going to hurt this animal even more. I looked into the eyes of the animal and saw that lack of hope and acceptance of torture and death. It was awful.
Then the slow, retarded, man changed personalities and now was an extrovert and very flamboyant. He was now filled with energy and was a dynamo. He was asked to go in and help with the slaughter as he now had the strength of 10 men. He now could hold the animals down or help in a way he couldn’t have done had he been this “other” personality. It was if something within him had changed his complete persona.
Jeans and Clothing
I then went to a large conference room where many female workers were sitting. Then, the male workers came into that room and sat down. It had the appearance of a church because of the bleachers all facing up front. I was acknowledged in this meeting and someone asked if I was the one who sold them their jeans. I said yes. Then, I was flooded after the meeting with so much appreciation for the jeans. And I told them of the workers who made those jeans did so with such love and care and the woman would focus on things like the stitching or the hem, and I knew this was not the reason why these women liked the jeans, they were picking up on the love and care given to each pair of jeans. It was almost an act of love that each pair of jeans was being made.
In the slaughterhouse, the personality of the short male worker would change based on HIS thoughts as well as the thoughts of others and those expectations. He would at times be an introvert, other times an extrovert, and at times have tremendous unusual strength. How he presented himself was based on the energy of thought.
The slaughterhouse foreman and supervisor were oblivious to the thoughts and feelings of the animals. The lack of hope and acceptance became absorbed into the animal and the supervisor chose to deal with the problem, not by his thoughts or improving the situation for the animal, but by bringing in an outside chemical to try and block the thoughts (attempt to preserve the meat). This action made it even worse for the animal - creating even more despair, lack of hope, and lack of acceptance.
The dream vignette of the female workers appreciating their jeans was the dream communicating how the energy of love can even be transferred into a physical, nonliving, inanimate object. Those feelings are shared, communicated, and can be felt and even absorbed, by anyone interacting with that nonphysical object.
Energy can also be absorbed, transferred, shared, and communicated. Spiritual energy is everywhere and a part of everything. It is in our food as well as clothing. This energy can even change personalities, and impact who we believe who we are (the strength of 10 men).
Sensing is about being able to tune in and interpret subtle energy and messages. This ability to sense may be a passive process where you just come to a place and suddenly feel a change of energy. Or it can be more active where you actively seek the subtle energy and messages to interpret.
After I learned about earth energy locations and how energy can be different and feel different at various locations on the earth, I was visiting Gettysburg, the site of a massive civil war battle where an estimate of 51,000 soldiers died. I was OVERWHELMED with feelings of sorrow, loss, and heartache that was overpowering. I openly wept and was overcome and drained by this visit. I was anxious to leave Gettysburg because that feeling of sorrow and death was too much for me to bare.
Years later after I learned about spiritual energy and how a person can leave traces of their essence and energy in a location, often when emotionally charged or a place they frequently spent time at. I then recognized that what I had felt at Gettysburg had been that sensation from so many emotions within people's life force energy being left at the battleground at Gettysburg, accompanied with their death.
When I visited the historic colony of Jamestown, I had no expectations about what I would find here in regards to life force energy. I expected to only see a part of American history, but what surprised me was an OVERWHELMING feeling over power me at this location. I became anxious, uncomfortable, and feelings of sorrow, angst, and even tears emerged when I toured the archaeological ruins. This powerful negative feeling finally was too much to bare and I ended the tour and left.
Later I spoke to John U.K., my Spiritual Guide and Teacher, about these strong and powerful feelings in Jamestown. He said I had picked up on the essence energy that had been left by many of the colonists there. John UK described this as a colony that had been built with brutal fear and terror. I had picked up on that energy and essence energy from those who once lived there.
Being able to sense another persons energy and their core person, either in their presence even from the energy they leave behind after they died. This is one of the outcomes that can be developed by learning to tune into your feelings. It is a spiritual gift of being able to sense another persons energy; present or even past.
Personality sensing can mean that you sense a person's true character now (present tense) or can mean that you can pick up on the essence they left behind. Let me give you some examples of picking up on an essence of someone who is no longer living.
Years ago I went to see the Peru Sipan exhibit at UCLA. I am a fan of ancient history and archaeology so was shocked to start having disturbing feelings as I progressed through the exhibit. In fact, by the end of my personal tour, I had become so frustrated toward the Priest whose tomb was on display, I knew I was acting irrationally. My emotions felt like they were on fire and I was livid, which made no sense. All I did was walk through the museum observing the works of art from this tomb.
Later, when I was conversing with John U.K. about my anger and frustration in this exhibit, he alerted me to the possibility these feelings were not mine. He said that many of the metal pieces were created by a slave women who so hated this priest, she communicated those feelings in her art. He suggested I had somehow picked up on her strong emotional messages that were imprinted in those metal pieces of art and was expressing her feelings.
Here is another example. I was at an exhibit in San Jose where human bodies were on display that had been preserved in polymers and stripped down to make them seem almost alive. As I walked through the exhibit, I was getting more and more ill with each step. I ended up running to find the exit so I could breathe again and calm my knotted stomach. I work in health care and frequently work around gory bodies so was amazed I had such a strong physical reaction. When I sat down outside the exhibit, I learned that many of these bodies had come from Chinese prisons. I was picking up on some of that energy of fear from these former humans.
This two experiences were a way of letting me experience how an essence of a person does not necessarily leave and dissipate after death. Some of that energy remains, and as you develop and improve your ability to sense different energies, you may pick up on those different feelings and essence that were left behind.
John U.K. guided me to become more in touch with my thoughts and feelings. We began with some of the big life questions I had, but over time, this ability to be more focused and attentive on thoughts and feelings has become an everyday common occurrence. Here are some examples of things that may happen throughout a normal day:
When John UK started the process of giving me lessons on spiritual development tools, experiences, and spiritual gifts, he would often pause and say, “How does it feel?” This line of questioning was repeatedly done throughout each and every lesson. That simple question, “How does it feel” was also a lesson unto itself. The redirected thought process of stopping and then focusing on my feelings reinforced the concept that information should not just be accepted blindly. With everything new you learn, you pause, assess, and evaluate how it feels before accepting it to be part of your life mantra and value system.
I had been raised as a Mormon and was taught if you seek information, you turn to the Prophet, or the local Bishop, or your father, or your husband. You then obey. It is called faith.
The Mormon church had originally been founded by a lad called Joseph Smith, who actively sought answers, was visited by angels and others from spiritual Beings, and also received spiritual messages (using a urim and thummin). He translated those messages into books (Book of Mormon, Pearl of Great Price, Word of Wisdom). But in my day, this religion had become an institution where only men, and only a few men, could have the answers. The rest of us were expected to obey and follow. A religion that had originally been founded on being proactive in cultivating and using spiritual energy now no longer even taught or encouraged its use.
So when I met John UK, a spiritual Being and Teacher, his teaching approach to spirituality, seeking guidance, and learning was totally different from what I had been raised with. He expected ME to FEEL my way to the answer that was right for me. He expected me to tune in, get in touch with my thoughts and feelings, to question, and then feel the answer. This is when the lesson began, and is the basic foundation of learning to sense and relate to spiritual energy.
John U.K. would probe me in a way that would help me better clarify and define my thoughts and feelings. After each response, he would then have me go deeper into my feelings. His way of teaching changed the ownership and responsibility of learning from being passive to being one that was very active. I had the option to reject or accept every concept presented based almost entirely on my feelings.
Learning to value ones own ideas, thoughts, and solutions is a totally different way of orienting oneself to life. This helped me realize I had power and responsibility for my life and how I directed it. I was no longer just a passenger following the crowd. I had choices and could create my own life plan and journey.
The outcome I most appreciate from learning how to tune in and get in touch with my feelings, was the recognition and awareness I have a personal guidance system within me at all times. I can tune into my feelings, recognize the sensation, and then interpret the message anytime or any place. I now am able to more actively engage my built-in communication mechanism and am better at interpreting my internal messages. This helps me stay on a life course that is more aligned with my true life purpose and also reduces the "noise" from others who expect me to follow them.
From my point of view, learning how to go within, recognize and understand my feelings, and then how to use my feelings for guidance, has probably been the most important life lesson John UK gave me.
During the early training phase by John U.K., I was on a diligent quest to find a new religion or group of people with similar beliefs as I had. I had been raised in a very religious home and community so finding a new religious organization seemed natural. At that time, I was clueless in how to live without a community that wasn't based on a religion. It was all I knew.
John U.K. politely sat back and patiently waited for me to travel this path and have some experiences. I continued to study religious books. He would say, “how does it feel?” I would then sit back and tune into my feelings. I was surprised how empty I was left after reading these books. I felt totally unsatisfied, almost as if I had been feeding on air rather than food.
I later learned that part of these feelings was my awareness that was coming from the energy of my 2nd chakra. I was learning that the 2nd chakra energy was helping me to discern truth. As a teacher, you allow the student to make have their own experiences and they often make mistakes. It is during these times that lessons can be learned. John U.K, was using this technique to help me learn to discern my feelings when I came across truth and compare it to those feelings when I felt empty.
We would discuss the information in these books and I would argue how this book had millions of followers. John U.K.'s response was, "but how did it make you feel?" I learned it didn't matter if there were followers or not. Truth was truth.
John U.K. used my feelings of when I found something empty and would compare it to those moments when I came across a nugget of truth. The starkness and contrast of my feelings surprised me. When I found something true, it was as if my heart would soar and I knew deep inside it could not be shaken. The contrast was the emptiness when coming across something that was just hollow words.
For me, this was a startling revelation of how powerful feelings could be to help a person discern truth. John UK's comparative exercise was a very effective lesson. Over the years I have read many, many books about religion and spirituality but have found only a handful that even whisper, let alone speak the language to my soul.
If you are pursuing the energy of growing the second chakra, and want to develop and nurture your ability to discern truth, there are many tools available to help you cultivate that energy. In addition, you will also need to tune into your feelings and learn to translate the messages that are coming to your soul. You do this be being aware of your feelings.
One thing that surprised me during one of my astral travel visits was that I was told I stink! I was on the 8th Level of the Tao and was accompanied by one of my Spiritual Guides and was meeting and interacting with other Spiritual Beings . But then one of them remarked that I smelled!
I asked my Guide about this, and she said "yes," then brushed it aside as if it was no concern. But I pushed and wanted to know more. I was a bit embarrassed and wanted to correct the situation.
"What do I smell like? Where is it coming from?" I asked my Guide.
"You are from the physical level - the earth! Everyone who comes from that level has a distinct odor. There is nothing you can do. It is what it is," she said in a matter-of-fact manner, and then moved on to the next topic.
This was something I did not know and was rather amazed at.
I was introduced to William Wells by a person who called herself the Quesaksaderak (I later learned this was me in the future, but at this time, I had never heard the term before). At this introduction, I was informed that William was a writer who in his former life, lived in Russia near Siberia. But later, I learned he was also a “Harmony” and had come from beyond the Tao, another place entirely. William was able to share my husband's physical body, and while doing this, was able to share information with me as if he was a physical person.
One day we were taking a drive down Utah's Weber Canyon and William started to tell me the history of the railroad in this canyon. At first I thought he was bringing up small talk to help me become more comfortable in his presence, but what he really was doing, was showing me the depth and breadth of sensing skills mixed in with a type of past life regression.
William and I were driving through a canyon near Morgan, Utah told me the stories of the engineer, the foreman, and the owners of the railroad along with their many conflicts and personal stories to get the railroad completed. He talked about the problems with the terrain and river as well as the deadlines and power struggles between the different parties. He knew the names of the people working on the railroad in this canyon, almost as if he was seeing it take place in real time, right there. He related their conversations, fears, and feelings while we drove down the canyon. I was captivated because it felt like he was telling me the details of a movie he was watching.
We continued our drive, passing the location where the golden spike was placed to mark the transcontinental railroad, but as we continued our drive, William continued the story because there had been two parallel tracks that went beyond where the golden spike ceremony took place. He shared how the men on the upper side of the hill would pee on the men on the lower track and then how those men would get back at them and sabotage the rails on the upper side of the hill.
In one of the areas he pointed out a ledge where the competing railroad had once been. There apparently had been a parallel railroad running above this railroad. William pointed to the current railroad and said “the men working here were being harassed by the workers above them. There is a competing railroad right above this one. The workers who were higher up on the hill would pee on these workers to get them to stop their work. There was much anger and strife here.”
William’s demonstration of being able to sense people’s conversations, emotions, and energies of those who had long gone was a more finely-tuned sensing gift than I had ever seen or heard was possible. John UK had told me that the energy of a person's presence could be felt by someone who was in tune to such energies. I had no idea of the degree and depth this sensing gift could reach. I had assumed it was just a part of those who were living, but William demonstrated that these energies can linger and last a long, long time. I also learned that a person could sense just beyond impressions - a person could use any of their senses (seeing, smelling, hearing, etc) in this process.
In addition, because William was a nonphysical being, I learned that the spiritual development skills one develops on the earth are taken with the soul when they die. These gifts don't die with the physical body. The connection with William provided me with a broad range of lessons, just in this simple encounter.
In the early 90's I was being taught by a Spiritual Guide named John U.K. He was teaching me about spiritual energy and the development of spiritual gifts. These gifts are associated with the different energies of the chakras, and one of the spiritual gifts is called "Truth Sensing" and is based on the energy of the second chakra.
One of my first experiences in being aware of this gift was during the Clarence Thomas supreme court hearing where Anita Hill testified before the Senate committee. It was so OBVIOUS to me that she was telling the truth and I was dumbfounded when others could not see this. This was a startling revelation to me because her testimony RESONATED to my very core. The experience I felt while watching the hearing taught me how this energy works - it transcends you to the point of amazement that others don't see and feel what you are experiencing.
Years later, I had another experience when I was listening to a man who was trying to sell me on his virtues and who he was. I KNEW he was feeding me bullshit and was filled with lied. In fact, I looked around the room at others and it was as if they were in a daze, and I alone knew the truth. I could FEEL the lies, and it shook me to my very core.
This, I have learned, is how the gift of sensing truth works - you KNOW the truth, you FEEL the truth, and the experience goes to the very heart of your being. The whole transaction can be very powerful, and also very personal.
On another timeline, it is Anita Hill on the Supreme Court. Clarence Thomas is someone none of us heard about.
