My Adventures with
Personal Stories of Working with Subtle Energies
The American Revolution took place from 1765 to 1783 and all the data indicated it would be won by England. According to Jill LePore's book "These Truths A History of the United States" the Brits had a lot more money, they were well equipped with artillery, and they had more than double the soldiers. They also had trained soldiers. And only 1/3 of the people in America even supported the war! They did not even have a majority! The odds were stacked against them, but after 8 long years, the war ended and the United States was born.
If we view these events through eyes that view subtle energy, we see the threads equal rights, fairness, justice, representation, and individual expression woven into the fabric of this land that helped make sure those ideas would not, and could not, be suppressed. Even though all the data was against the formation of separate country, this woven energy was there to make sure those ideas would succeed. On the astral, this woven energy web is known as "The We the People Energy".
I found this information about the "We the People" energy rather fascinating, but my next thoughts were, "then how did we get Donald Trump? He seems to bent on removing these ideas from the fabric of America. We have a Congress that is not performing any checks and balance on power, the free press being scourged and plundered, and justice being parceled out based on who pays. In addition, the welcoming of diversity and providing a place of opportunity and freedom has been whitewashed and suppressed as well. How did all this happen with this foundational energy woven deep in the land?
To answer these questions, I was reminded how the Tao uses the subtle positive and negative subtle energies forward to help us be aware and then allows us to decide how to act to solve them. Trump is exposing weaknesses, corruption, and failures that have been growing for some time and has provided the opportunity for them to be openly expressed and exposed. This is allowing us to not only be aware, we now are having debates as to whether this is who we are. It is allowing us to decide what needs to get fixed and how. This process will continue, and probably even worsen, until enough people are on board who want to preserve, protect, and assure "we the people" and all those human rights, continue.
The Tao will continue to allow us to swim in that sea of negative swirl, from violence, hate, chaos, and corruption until we decide we have had enough and decide to re-embrace the "we the people energy" and protect equal rights for ALL rather than just all that blame.
America is supposed to have a solid foundation for civil liberties, justice, and a process for people of all races, genders, and creeds to come and live with that guaranteed baseline. The chaos will only end when we as a nation decide we have had enough of this focused attention towards limiting a certain group their rights (i.e. gerrymandering, suppressing votes, women's rights, LGBT rights, religious freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to assemble, etc). The outcome is going to be that the "we the people" energy will win. How long it takes for us to accept and realize this is the unknown.
There are different planes and dimensions of the Tao. Just like our spiritual body has 7 different chakras, the Tao has 7 different levels. Some call the third level the 'Mid-Causal plane'. Others may call it the 'Causal Plane" (such as "Messages from Michael"). Whatever you call the third level of the Tao, it is the plane that follows the Astral Plane.
When a person learns how to project part of their spiritual self from their physical body, this is known as "astral projection". It was given this description because, initially, the soul only was able to travel to the astral plane. But now that we have the Shialude energy, we can now project even beyond the astral plane. We now can project and visit the Mid-causal (or 3rd level) of the Tao.
Souls on this plane are known to be connected into 'triads' - 3 souls partnered together, acting as one. This provides a whole new set of experiences with this type of union. In my mind, I was conceptualizing a triad to be similar to the character Zaphod Beeblebrox in the movie "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy". Essentially I was visualizing it to have souls Beings with three heads. But in a meditation, this concept was put to rest. I was told, "The process is more like you now have two additional Higher Selves connected to you - kind of like a wireless connection to three ports - you and two others. This means you would now have that personal access to two of your soulmates who you are connected with on this plane. You now can share each others life experiences and life lessons. Think of it more like an informational connection than a physical connection."
This message helped change my perception of what to expect when visiting the third level of the Tao.
When I first started to learn about the Tao and past lives, much of my information came from a book titled "Messages from Michael". In that book, the Tao was described as having 7 levels. Then, I met John U.K., a Spiritual Teacher and Guide, who said, "just go with that for now". I later understood this was because he wanted me to focus on learning about spiritual energy and the chakras rather than where I should explore.
Later, I met some Spiritual Beings who called themselves "Harmonies". They said they were from "beyond the Tao." I didn't question what that meant at the time, but after they were gone, I wondered if this meant there were multiple Tao's or if there were more levels than just the 7 (because the 7th level is called "the Tao"). Well, last night, I finally got my answer in a dream.
My mind often uses the concept of an elevator going to different floors as a way to let me know and track which level of the Tao I am visiting during my astral projections.Last night, in my dream, I was on the 14th floor - the top floor of a building. I knew this mean I was on level 14 of the Tao, which meant there were double the number of levels I had originally thought.
So there we have it! The dream let me know there are 14 levels in our Tao, and there is only one Tao.
The mid-causal plane is the plane we usually refer to be as being "above" the astral plane. Usually after someone finishes all their lifetime experiences on the physical plane the person will feel a "pull" to join with the next level. This concept is related to the concept of progression and is part of the process of learning and rejoining back to the Tao. The joining to the mid-causal usually includes joining 2 other fragments from someone's entity. This joining usually creates a "trio" or "triad" of fragments with similar energy patterns or focus who will now work together in their life progression process.
After some time in traveling or projecting to the mid-causal plane, I was able to connect and visit some of the triads on the mid-causal. I was told they had become aware of this transformation and change and had been trying to connect and communicate with those who were working on these changes.
These are the "triads" of souls I met from the mid-causal plane:
The process of building a new spiritual infrastructure between all these levels is being done to improve communication, information, and coordination between the different levels. The desired outcome of these connections is to share knowledge, wisdom, insight and improve the process of learning and progression. With these connections, communication, and coordination, we have a higher probability to expand not only our growth, knowledge, wisdom, and insight but improve how we learn and experience life.
This infrastructure and connections that are being set up between all the levels can viewed as if is another type of world wide web. All of this infrastructure is in part, due to the new Shialude energy we now have on the physical plane.
In October of 2008, I recorded there was a change in my meditation today. Usually in my meditations, I feel myself stopping out of my body, then feel my head expand and “tingle” but this time, I stayed in my body but then felt my head “unfold”. The image of a cloth being unfolded, one quarter of a time, then being laid out flat was the image that I saw in my mind.
The next sensation was an awareness I was not alone, but had someone with me. This person was new, and at first I was uncomfortable because I did not know this energy nor did I know what the purpose of this connection was. In my mind a song then played, “Simply the Best” by Tina Turner. My next thought was that only a few have gotten to this point, so I felt pleased.
I asked the name of who was with me, but the name or sound was unfamiliar and the thought then came that it is difficult to associate a thought around something so new and different from what I have not yet experienced. I was then aware that one starts to build a frame of reference around what one is exposed to. One of John UK's lessons on time and time travel was about learning something you didn’t know existed, and how you first needed to be aware of its existence and then you could seek and learn from it. I was now aware, THIS was one of those “awareness” experiences and a new concept was being unfolded to me, like that image of the cloth unfolding.
I could see and sense that my image of time being linear was rather limited. It was archaic. I could also see that our concept of progress and advancement from one level to the next to go back to the Tao, was also limiting and archaic, too. I was being shown that one could stand almost anywhere in this mass of time and space, take a step. and it could be backwards, or to the side, or forward, or somewhere else. And I also realized that some of my weird dreams were not that weird…that they are preparing my mind to accept different concepts, including the “walking through walls”, or being absorbed by rocks”, or breathing under water. These dreams were real experiences, but in a different concept and world than what I have built or created in this reality.
I could also sense different motivators and drivers in human existence. I had been clinging to the emotion and sense that love is the universal connection, but then I felt like there was something more. I was drawn to the concept of curiosity as well as the motivator of learning and continued growth, and sometimes it is that sense of cuirosity that makes a person put aside the comfort, security, and even love, to satisfy that urge.It is that energy which drives one to grow, seek, learn, and discover.
The next thought was that it wasn’t about the amount of time spent at this place in my meditation, but what mattered was the connection and arrival or being here at this moment. The meditation then felt done, and it was over.
Back in October of 2008, I was doing my usual daily meditation, but I did not have my usual meditation experience. This time, I did not feel my usual “expansion” from my crown, like I was walking outside my body. This time I felt as if a person was with me and a fog was being lifted. Everything around me now felt whole and complete. I even felt whole and complete, too! In fact the sensation was that I had arrived to the destination I had been trying to get to…like the top of a mountain.
I looked around me in this meditation and could see others around me and they were “complete” and “whole”, too. Even though I had traveled to other levels of the Tao, this felt UNIQUE and SPECIAL. I could feel William there (William is a Harmony from the Tao) and also other Harmonies as well.
I then started to feel my “third eye” become engaged and felt the area between my eyes and above my nose start to feel warm. I then felt messages come into my mind as if I was “talking” to the persona I met in a previous meditation. I recalled my mind flash to one of my dreams, which had been a dream about being in Utah with my small children with my former husband. I started to analyze the dream while in this meditative state and then this person’s thought came into my mind and he said something like “why are you going inward in this dream? You should go across? Look at the whole…this is just one segment of the whole…all of these dreams are running across a wide spectrum and telling a story or have a message together….they are not individual and independent dreams. They are connected."
The message then changed to the interconnection of life, and energy, and thought.
I then felt like I was looking “down” and seeing how people progress “up” through the different levels of the Tao, going from the physical plane, to the astral plane, to the mid-causal plane, to the causal plane, etc) and realized this path may be common, but not the only way. I realized that our understanding of things was so VERY limited. We only had an understanding of what we had experienced or what we had been told, and that we could just be “there” and then go “there” and move “there” and did not need to go THROUGH each of those steps and phases. We had that ability, but for some reason chose to not look for different ways or to realize we didn’t need to go down that road.
I could now see how limited our vision was but it was as if we were choosing that limitation for whatever reason. I could see not only different paths, and different time lines, but I could also see the inter-connectivity of everything….not just what we see as a life form. I could see or feel me becoming a rock and having that experience. And then I could me becoming a flower and feeling that color and fragrance, and delicacy and relationship with the insects. And then I could see that all experiences were available to me. And I felt complete and whole in this meditation. There now felt as if there were no secrets or nothing was hidden any more.
My mind then changed to the time-lines and the work we were engaged on in to move to create a new Prime Randiant. I could feel this answer--
"we needed access and feel EVERYTHING, because if we didn’t, it would have limited the possible experience of many of life forms, plants, animals, and humankind. That to do nothing would be taking too many life forms choices away while a few malicious entities played out their devious course and choices. And because much benefit can be learned from negative situations, there was hope that new awareness and information could be learned through the changing of direction, much like the back and forth done when society swings from one direction to another, gaining new information and insight with each swing to a different extreme has merit".
The meditation then abruptly ended. In the meditation I was provided an expanded view of what is possible and what is the Tao. I also became more aware of why in this new prime radiant, we are also going to continue to have challenges and difficulties - there is merit. We gain new information and insight with such extremes.
Just as you can train yourself to travel to the astral plane, you can also train yourself to travel to other planes of the Tao, too. The first time I successfully traveled to the mid-causal plane, when I woke up, I felt like my body was very, very, very heavy. In fact, I could not even open my eyes for a long time, let alone move. It took me a few hours to get back to normal. This initial side affect was rather surprising, but eventually I got the hang of it and no longer have those affects.
Traveling to the Tao level has been the most elusive of inter-level travel. John U.K. described visiting the Tao, like waiting for a delicate string to appear and then connecting with it to reach the Tao. He also described the strings as being similar to delicate arrays of light.
When I went to see an Improve theater and I was captivated how the actors defined this blank stage and their roles at the beginning of the play. The actors would take suggestions from the audience and develop the structure of thoughts around what was defined as make believe on the stage. "This is a circular door. Here is an elevator. This is where one can get shoes shined. This is a plant." Then the roles were created with the group. After the blank set was defined in our imagination, the theater then began.
This process is very similar to how the Tao takes life force energy to create our physical reality. Thoughts have energy and give direction to subtle energy, so we, as a group, collectively decide on the parameters of the environment we live in. Much of this energy is transferred in our DNA and cells, but it is also transferred in spiritual self - our soul's expectation. It also becomes a part of our thoughts, and as such, those ideas are projected out to become part of our reality.
This is one way we participate in creating our reality. We use these ideas later, to change or improve our life experience when we start sending out different thoughts of what we want to bring into our existence.
This awareness was an "ahh hah moment" for me. I then was able to understand more about how everything is energy and how our thoughts help to create that physical reality we live in. Our personal thoughts, mixed with others thoughts, helps create the physical construct for our physical life experience.
This moment of awareness was a life changing event for me. It was in the theater, at that moment, that I could understand that interconnection between the physical and the subtle energy realms of our life and how we are an active participant in the life experience we have created. It is almost like we are living on an improv stage we as a group created.
The Tao desires to experience EVERYTHING, which means the Tao is open for all different types of experiences, including the ability for a soul to leave their physical body and then have another soul take up residency of that physical body.
The following information about this phenomenon comes from "About.com."
"Walk-in souls do not steal or kidnap another person's body. A walk-in happens when two souls agree to swap places, making a soul contract. The original soul makes the decision that it wants out or needs to be out of a life and contracts with another soul to continue the life stream. The walk-in will reside in his body and continue living out the personality that has already been established.
When a soul decides to vacate the physical form another soul may opt-in and take up residence in the body. Both souls have to be in agreement for a swap to happen. The exchange or transfer of souls will usually happen during a trauma in a personality's lifetime such as a an auto accident, major surgery, suicide attempt, episode of depression or some other suffering.
Walk-in souls often struggle to identify with the personality that they are taking over. This is because they usually come in when the body has been harmed in some way. Walk-in souls also have the responsibility to learn how to live among other souls who are the original soul's life mates (friends, family members, neighbors, co-workers, etc.).
At first, a walk-in soul may be bewildered as it acclimates to being in a body in the earth plane. The experience can be very disorienting."
I did not know this was even possible, but it is. When we made the decision was find a survivable timeline and make it the new Prime Radiant, that decision required the keeper of the prime radiant, my spouse, to leave the physical earth to take care of the new timeline. This meant he either needed to die, or needed a new soul to take over his body and finish the obligations he had in this incarnation.
At first, this new walk-in resided in the body alongside the original soul, my spouse, but then, over time, the original soul was gone and residing on the Tao and the other soul had became the permanent resident. This walk-in soul transition is what was the cause of our divorce and my relocation to California. This type of dramatic and abrupt change is necessary in order to mentally and emotionally survive from a walk-in soul exchange.
As you may know, souls on the mid-causal plane are often grouped as a triad of three souls bonded together. I became aware of this in 1994 when I met Tera, and she was linked and bonded with Terry and Tanya. All three of them would come together when they would meet with me. I then met other "triads," such as Fawn/Flora/Francis, who also had the same type of trio connection and bond when they visited, too. Each of these triads had different core purposes, such as "Energy of Love" or "Earth Energy".
These trios of souls began when the Tao originally fragmented. In that process, groups of souls, who were closely connected, ended up having similar qualities, attributes, passions, and purposes. They also would be drawn together in many of their incarnations (see "Messages from Michael" by Chelsea Quinn Yarbro to get a better understanding of the fragmentation process of the Tao). Then, in the "regathering process" of the different Tao levels, it is that same bonding and connection that draws and connect these same trio of souls together as they move to the mid-causal plane.
I knew that John U.K., my husband (who is also known as Caladan), and I were one of those three-soul groupings within our own entity, and I also knew that John U.K. had finished his physical incarnations and had moved on to the first level of the mid-causal plane. This meant that John U.K. was in a phase where he was the first of our trio to arrive at the mid-causal, and would be preparing for me and Caladan to join him to become a triad.
I also knew that John U.K. had experienced a life similar to the one I was currently having, and his experience in that lifetime took place around 3000 BC. I also was aware that John U.K. had gone through 370 lives AFTER that life experience, so it made me wonder if I was going to have a lot of follow-up incarnations, too, (which would mean it may be a long time before I join John UK and become a triad). I was rather surprised, and relieved, he was not concerned.
I asked him how he knew he was "done" with the incarnations on the physical plane and ready to move on to the mid-causal, and he said "you just know." This made me think of that question, "how do you know when you're in love?" and the answer is, "you just know." There are some things you just know within you.
John U.K.'s response made me realize that we use the same process of tuning into our feelings as the way we will always make those big decisions. So perhaps, this is one of the lessons we perfect before we are ready to move on - we have to be able to interpret our feelings and have that precise awareness of truth, and when we know how to do that, we can move on and start the next adventure in the next level of progression.
The journey of life may take us through many different life experiences on the physical plane, but the adventure continues as we move through all the different layers of the Tao. It is nice to know that in this journey, we can have those we love share these experiences with us, all along the way.
In order for the TAO to broaden its experience, it decided to create this earth existence and divide itself upon it. The purpose was to gain the greatest diversity of experience. The earth, the planet, the solar system is a fragmentation of the Tao. You and I are also fragments of the Tao. (Some people use the word “Tao” for God, Goddess, All-that-Is. Others just call it "Dow"). The Tao is everything. It is the total gathering of information, knowledge, wisdom, energy, etc. It is the sum of all existence, both what you can sense and that which you have no concept of. It is everything that is.
A way to broaden its experiences was to fragment and break into smaller pieces, thus allowing each of the fragmentations endless possibilities to produce both positive and negative experiences. One would assume that the negative would balance the positive, however, this is not the purpose of the Tao, for more energy that feeds the Tao is derived from positive experiences. Therefore, the Tao desires increased energy and the best way to obtain this is through positive experiences. So mechanisms are in place to help skew the experiences towards the more positive aspect to produce an increase in positive energies.
Now, from the Tao's perspective, this has allowed a greater opportunity to learn, grow, and develop because you have all these fragments of life force energy, all doing different things. In this chaos comes new experiences and growth. The Tao did not plan experiences but only a mechanism or an engine to generate a grand diversity of experiences through uncontrolled interactions.
One of the mechanisms to help the process is a pull of curiosity. This pull creates a type of energy to pull us towards exploration. But we also have an innate desire for stability and being the same as everyone else. This creates two different pulls - one of movement and the other of sitting still.
Being stable and the same as everyone else is part of that energy that helps us feel safe and secure. It is also a type of yin energy. That other energy, that of action and change, provides is more of a yang mode. It is this action energy that helps provide elements of conflict, drama, curiosity, and also a desire to step out from that herd mentality
The result of these two energies means there are going to be times when we want, and even need to cling to stability, calmness, safety, and being part of a group, but then we will move towards the need for action, change, freedom, exploration. This will create the movement of change.
These are all natural feelings and part of the pull/push process that helps us create and have different life experience, which is what the Tao desired by fragmenting in the first place.
Being aware of this fundamental concept of desiring new experiences may help you be aware this is the reason why bad things happen - it is all part of the life experience process, and eventually, we will learn from these experiences and do something different next time around.
