My Adventures with
Personal Stories of Working with Subtle Energies
In order for the TAO to broaden its experience, it decided to create this earth existence and divide itself upon it. The purpose was to gain the greatest diversity of experience. The earth, the planet, the solar system is a fragmentation of the Tao. You and I are also fragments of the Tao. (Some people use the word “Tao” for God, Goddess, All-that-Is. Others just call it "Dow"). The Tao is everything. It is the total gathering of information, knowledge, wisdom, energy, etc. It is the sum of all existence, both what you can sense and that which you have no concept of. It is everything that is.
A way to broaden its experiences was to fragment and break into smaller pieces, thus allowing each of the fragmentations endless possibilities to produce both positive and negative experiences. One would assume that the negative would balance the positive, however, this is not the purpose of the Tao, for more energy that feeds the Tao is derived from positive experiences. Therefore, the Tao desires increased energy and the best way to obtain this is through positive experiences. So mechanisms are in place to help skew the experiences towards the more positive aspect to produce an increase in positive energies.
Now, from the Tao's perspective, this has allowed a greater opportunity to learn, grow, and develop because you have all these fragments of life force energy, all doing different things. In this chaos comes new experiences and growth. The Tao did not plan experiences but only a mechanism or an engine to generate a grand diversity of experiences through uncontrolled interactions.
One of the mechanisms to help the process is a pull of curiosity. This pull creates a type of energy to pull us towards exploration. But we also have an innate desire for stability and being the same as everyone else. This creates two different pulls - one of movement and the other of sitting still.
Being stable and the same as everyone else is part of that energy that helps us feel safe and secure. It is also a type of yin energy. That other energy, that of action and change, provides is more of a yang mode. It is this action energy that helps provide elements of conflict, drama, curiosity, and also a desire to step out from that herd mentality
The result of these two energies means there are going to be times when we want, and even need to cling to stability, calmness, safety, and being part of a group, but then we will move towards the need for action, change, freedom, exploration. This will create the movement of change.
These are all natural feelings and part of the pull/push process that helps us create and have different life experience, which is what the Tao desired by fragmenting in the first place.
Being aware of this fundamental concept of desiring new experiences may help you be aware this is the reason why bad things happen - it is all part of the life experience process, and eventually, we will learn from these experiences and do something different next time around.
